AiLabelCrop provides web utility tools and premium features for e-commerce sellers, including:

• Shipping label cropping tools for Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and Snapdeal
• PDF merging, compression, and document processing utilities
• E-commerce business calculators (pricing, quality scores, profit, rating analysis)
• Optional PRO Membership subscriptions granting an ad-free experience, unlimited daily processing quotas, and priority server tools
• Other related e-commerce seller utilities and services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

• Modify or discontinue services with or without notice

7. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for accuracy, our tools may not be 100% accurate in all cases. You are responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of processed results
• Reviewing cropped labels before printing

We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in processed results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiLabelCrop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

11. Third-Party Software and Open-Source Libraries

AiLabelCrop uses third-party and open-source software libraries, including but not limited to PDF processing libraries, to provide document-related features and services. These libraries are used in compliance with their respective licenses. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

AiLabelCrop does not claim ownership of any third-party software components used in this service.

12. PRO Subscriptions, Billing & Digital Delivery

AiLabelCrop provides core utilities free of charge, with optional PRO membership subscription tiers (such as 1-Month, 3-Month, and 6-Month plans) listed transparently on our Pricing page.

• Instant Digital Delivery: All PRO plans are strictly electronic digital services. Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway or manual approval, PRO features (ad-free UI, priority processing, unlimited daily quotas) are activated automatically and immediately in your user account. No physical shipment is involved.
• Payment Gateways: We partner with trusted, RBI-authorized payment gateways (including PhonePe, Razorpay, and direct UPI). All financial transactions are encrypted using bank-grade SSL security. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs on our servers.
• Pricing & Taxes: All subscription prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with prior notice displayed on the website.

13. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want our users to have full satisfaction and transparency with our services:

• One-Time Prepaid Plans (No Mid-Term Cancellation): All PRO memberships are strictly one-time prepaid digital services. We do not set up recurring automatic bank debits. Once a plan is activated and used, it cannot be cancelled mid-term for a partial refund. Benefits remain active until the full purchased duration expires, and you are under no obligation to renew.
• Eligibility for Full Refund: If you experience an unintended duplicate transaction (charged more than once for the same plan), or an error occurs where your payment was successfully deducted but your account was not upgraded to PRO within 24 hours, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
• How to Claim a Refund: To request a refund, please send an email to contact@ailabelcrop.com or reach out through our Contact Us page within 7 calendar days of the transaction, providing your registered email/mobile number and the Payment ID / Order ID / UTR number.
• Refund Processing Timeline: Once verified, eligible refunds will be initiated within 2 business days and will automatically reflect in your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard banking settlement cycles.
• Non-Refundable Situations: Because PRO memberships grant immediate, full digital access to premium features upon purchase, standard partial-use refunds are not provided once the service has been actively utilized, unless caused by a verified server disruption on our platform.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
